This short e-book (yay!) is an amazing resource for anyone who wants to get pregnant. The authors explain how eastern and western medicine can be used separately or together to help you build your family in simple, clear language. I’ve had acupuncture before, but I had never learned about any of the science behind it, and this book does a great job of explaining the hows and the whys. I also appreciated the many references to peer-reviewed journal articles that have examined the ways eastern medicine can enhance fertility (great for all you skeptics!). I would definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to get pregnant.
